We just moved to the United Kingdom, been searching for a house while staying in a hotel and wanted to move in sooner than later. Honestly its been so stressful, just felt like we had so many things to do. It was one thing after another and we felt like we were drowning. Thankfully we found Chloe Disbury and she helped take one of the biggest things off our plate. She did amazing helping us get into our place quickly! Still in the process of purchasing. Updates or should I say lack of are horrendous. The agent dealing is on annual leave and no one knows what's going on. I can appreciate its not Richard James who are entirely at fault but get some customer service or keep in the loop with developers to give accurate updates the house was meant to be finished last October and your inaccurate updates are disgraceful. The emails from the agent aren't reassuring and are insensitive, I don't want to hear about there house problems it's irrelevant.
