GoogleJo on the sales progression team has been great from start to finish. To say our sale was tricky and emotional would be an understatement, after nine months we have exchanged today. Thank you Jo for all your help and support, especially help pushing along the other parties, at times there have been tears of frustration (on my part) but Jo kept calm with a level head, I don't know how you do it. You really do appreciate a big glass of something sparkling. X

FacebookAfter a rocky start with a sale falling through I was impressed by Jake who worked very hard to find me a new buyer urgently. Then Jade took over the post sales work and she has been amazing! Really helpful and proactive, chasing up all the other estate agents and solicitors each week. Handling the difficult negotiations over building works with my buyers and doing her best to make sure everyone is happy. With clear, regular updates and explaining anything I didn’t understand. She was always very quick to answer my emails and return phone calls. She was kind and reassuring when I felt stressed. Jade put so much effort in, from the start until completion - any buyer or seller would be lucky to deal with her!

FacebookMy letting arrangements was taken over by Richard James half way through my tenancy. I found that overall the experience was positive but unfortunately my landlord was very slow in responding, however this is not a reflection of the team. The maintenance team were sympathetic with my situation regarding the heating situation in the property and they did continue to do their upmost to resolve the situation. On leaving the property/ end of inspection, I found that the inspection was honest, fair and reflected how long I had lived in the property. Gee Mossom managed my end of inspection and she has been responsive and efficient in finalising everything for my deposit refund, which i am grateful for.

FacebookMy fridge freezer had broken and unfortunately there was quite a delay in getting it dealt with however once I’d spoken to Louise Roinson on Saturday morning within 30 minutes she had arranged for the supply and delivery of a replacement that day. The way that Louise dealt with me was a display of exceptional professionalism. It’s easy when there’s no problems but I think the measure is how problems are resolved. Louise far exceeded my expectations.

I’ve had a really positive experience so far from the Lettings side, clear and quick communication, thorough inspection and inventory by Jo Taylor, statements through on time, maintenance queries taken care of quickly. They definitely give value for money for the service they provide. Thanks to Jo for completing and reporting back on the final inspection and Nicky, Sophie for getting my next tenant and Heidi for organising the maintenance. Please keep up the good work. Thankyou!
