Their friendly advisors provide clear assessment of the property, put together a very attractive online portfolio with great pictures of the property and during the process are there to answer any questions that arise. They provide feedback and updates regularly during the sale progression. I highly recommend Richard James in Swindon to anyone that is trying to sell their property in these challenging times.

Yasmin Hallard was brilliant and we felt she really went above and beyond to sell our house and gave us valuable advise and support along the way. FacebookAs a Landlord in shock at the state of a property recently vacated, I needed help with a TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) Landlord claim which in the end was 100% successful thanks to the guidance of Amanda Sweeney (Manager of the Tenancy Management Team). Her prompt, concise, clear advice and communication made it so much easier. She was professional but with the right amount of empathy to calm my anxiety. As a new Landlord experiencing this situation for the first time, her help was invaluable.

GoogleWorst chain of estate agents I have ever used . Would be zero stars if the option was available. Use mcfarlane's . I bought my new house through mcfarlane's, in swindon. They were absolutely flawless, above and beyond, brilliant service. Honestly cant praise them enough.

FacebookI have had the pleasure of having Richard James act for me as both Estate and Lettings Agents. They are very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and helpful. They are a large team but everyone gives 100% I have had a lot of contact with Lilly Dodson who is always prompt to respond to any queries or calls. As a company they are a great team, too many to mention here, but if they are managing your property you can simply sit back and know they are doing the best for you!

FacebookRichard James did the most fantastic job of selling our home! I am incredibly fussy about the way my house looks, and so one of the biggest things I was worried about was the photos.. but they looked absolutely stunning, and Alex turned out to be fussier than me!! The house was then online the next day, the brochure was sent to me the next morning, and RJ spent all afternoon calling their incredible client list. Within a few hours we had multiple bookings, and sold the house within a week. Richard James were professional, fun, and went above and beyond to get things done for us. We are sooo grateful!!! 💖

FacebookHad Poppy Trainor come round to my property to help me and go through letting out my home as I’ve never done this before. She’s such a lovely person and spoke more to my animals 😂 and made me feel comfortable in letting. Highly recommend her to anyone 5⭐️ for me and I have a Frenchie and a big Dutch Herder👍🏻 not not the easiest of breeds. She is also really truthful and that’s what I like.
