GoogleCould not be happier. The team at Starkings are all so lovely and helpful, they really have gone above and beyond. Always contactable, happy to help with any problems. I really wouldn't recommend anyone else. Selling / buying a house is stressful at the best of times, and I dread to think how much more so it would have been without all their help and support. Thank you all so SO much, and even though I hope we don't have to sell another house any time soon I wouldn't hesitate to come back to you as my agent of choice after all your hard work.

GoogleStill in the process of purchasing. Updates or should I say lack of are horrendous. The agent dealing is on annual leave and no one knows what's going on. I can appreciate its not Richard James who are entirely at fault but get some customer service or keep in the loop with developers to give accurate updates the house was meant to be finished last October and your inaccurate updates are disgraceful. The emails from the agent aren't reassuring and are insensitive, I don't want to hear about there house problems it's irrelevant.
We are so sorry to hear you are unhappy with the customer service you have received. With any new build properties, we are unfortunately at the mercy of the builders regarding completion dates and can only pass on the information we are provided by them. After speaking to Danielle & Jayne, who I believe has been updating you weekly with updates from the developer that we are doing everything we possibly can to get as much accurate information, as we can to get this finalised for all buyers for the site. I would kindly advise that you contact the developers directly to express your concerns further. I would be happy to provide their email addresses, my email is nicolesmith@incentivised.com

He always did the viewings so mum could relax and not feel vulnerable showing people around on her own. He took all the stress and worry away from us. Would defiantly recommend and use again.
