GoogleEfficient and realistic, no nonsense approach. I had David Hawkes pop over to give me a valuation of my property to conduct a valuation based on a few different criteria. During the site visit we explored many options around valuation regarding the purchase of additional land, property extension, renovation and grounds work. A report was swiftly send across covering everything we spoke about and the guide prices that they would be wanting to place on the market. Comparing this experience and the prices suggested, it was clear David wasn't trying to wow me with high price estimates and flashy presentation, and was very real in his opinions and the impacts of renovation and land purchase on the property value. I'll certainly be using there services again in the future.

GoogleI cannot rate Samuel and the Costessey office highly enough for all the great work they have done when selling my house. From the initial visit to take great pictures, to the well organised visiting sessions with minimal disruption, and finally the assistance with facilitating additional visits and taking meter readings after I had left the country. Despite 2 previous sales falling through due to lack of affordability and a time waster, the team remained focused and used their awareness of potential buyers to secure a 3rd buyer for better than asking price. They have been patient with my many questions and always welcomed me with a friendly face if I visited the office. Many thanks to all of the team.

GoogleWorst chain of estate agents I have ever used . Would be zero stars if the option was available. Use mcfarlane's . I bought my new house through mcfarlane's, in swindon. They were absolutely flawless, above and beyond, brilliant service. Honestly cant praise them enough.
