GoogleAs a landlord I recently encountered a rent arrears situation, which was a first for me. Delrae Yon was exceptionally helpful in ensuring the discrepancy was chased and payment made. Both landlord and tenant kept happy, which is difficult to do. She answered my emails promptly and was exceptionally professional.

GoogleExcellent service. A great chap called Anthony Salter gave us the tours around houses and took the stress out of buying. Then again when it came to selling. This young man is an asset to the industry he made the whole experience stress free and entertaining. Totally recommend Anthony to anyone looking for the services of an agent.

GoogleWe are about to complete on our house sale and we have felt supported throughout the whole process by the team in Highworth From Marks initial visit and valuation and Laura and Georgias help with viewings to Hayley’s wonderful help and patience even when my husband was losing the plot. The whole team are consummate professionals. We were impressed with their excellent communication on all issues and they listened and understood our many queries. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleSarah Taylor conducted my home inspection and was very professional throughout. I was comfortable throughout the inspection, and gave feedback as well. She even offered to help collecting a package meant for the landlord, which was sent to my address, so that it would make its way to the owner. Thanks Sarah!

GoogleSo far, so good. We started our collaboration with RJ in May; the agency rep, Gemma Cowley, has been responsive to our messages and has solved the issues. All procedures regarding new tenancy, contract, etc., have been handled smoothly. Our experience with the team, starting with step one, scheduling the first visit until today, has been positive.
