Very impressed with the service I have received throughout from Ross, Fredy, Nicola and the team. Right from the start, realistic, incredible pictures and extra touches, great communication... and right through to the sales. We had a difficult chain with solicitors who were unresponsive, but nicola was always on the ball helping us along the way.

Not transparent with information. A simple query like - the vendor has done modifications, have they got any approvals or planning permission in place is not answered. The buyer just gets told that "Your Solicitors will need to find it out". So basically they are expecting the buyer to pay money to solicitors and find this out almost two months in the sale. Ridiculous!!
