GoogleThoroughly recommend Avril, so friendly and professional. Knew lots about the area , was thoughtful enough to bring a local map for us. Didn't rush the viewing, we far exceeded the usual 15min slot usually afforded. Was more than happy to repeat the house tour several times (!) and offer solutions to potential accommodation /storage issues. Rang back immediately afterwards with answers to questions raised. Felt she was genuinely interested in helping us and although we didn't proceed with the property she still invited us to call in and say hi afterwards! Brilliant customer care.

GoogleWe have rented with Richard James for over 4 years now . Due to our landlord selling the house we have had no option but to look for another rental property and the team have been nothing but helpful in supporting us through the process and also finding our next suitable property . We have two young children , one in the local school, so staying in the area was important to us . Rebecca Barrett in particular went above and beyond to help us , even while she was suppose to be enjoying some annual leave ! We are so great full of this. Callum Vernon has since been a great support when it comes to all of the admin involved with the new house ensuring we have all that we need. Thank you to all of the RJ team who were involved who I may not know by name, I will always recommend you all for anyone looking to rent/ buy / sell 😊
