As a landlord, I experienced repeated mismanagement, lack of communication, unauthorised decisions, and unresolved maintenance issues that caused both financial loss and significant stress. I went thought the official (in house complaint process) and now have an open case with the Property Ombudsman. I would strongly caution others to avoid entrusting their property to this branch.
