GoogleWe were the buyers in the exchange and throughout the process everyone at Richard James was very helpful. Our point of contact was Matt Harman who was almost always available and very helpful. He was more than happy to ask the sellers questions on our behalf. When he wasn't available other members of the team were happy to answer questions or leave a message for Matt, who got back to us promptly. Overall an excellent experience!
