GoogleI want to acknowledge and share the going the extra mile that makes an estate agency rise above the rest. Richard James have let out apartment in HERITAGE PLAZA for some time. On the vacation of our last tenants we had a lot to sort out. Gee Mossom could not have done more to help and we want to say a huge thank you to her. Martin

GoogleSo disappointed and had to pull out of a property purchase due to lack of disclosures. Waste of both mine and vendors time, plus I’m out of pocket having had to pay conveyancing fees. Agent needs to be more transparent and honest to avoid these situations.

GoogleJo on the sales progression team has been great from start to finish. To say our sale was tricky and emotional would be an understatement, after nine months we have exchanged today. Thank you Jo for all your help and support, especially help pushing along the other parties, at times there have been tears of frustration (on my part) but Jo kept calm with a level head, I don't know how you do it. You really do appreciate a big glass of something sparkling. X

GoogleRichard James' Highworth branch is certainly a refreshing change from the normal High Street Estate Agents making any dealings with them a truly unique and friendly experience. The team go above, beyond and further for you to make sure that you are informed and more importantly are honest and open with the customer at all times. I am particularly grateful for my dealings with Fredy and then the Progression Agent, Jo Costin. Both Fredy and Jo have been incredibly flexible and accommodating. Often emailing us even after the doors are closed to provide us with any update promised. The both of them are incredibly friendly and in all honesty, nothing short of wonderful. The service they provided was exemplary and I am so grateful to have had this team working on our case. I would like to express my sincerest gratitude for their hard work and their constant contact. They made the entire process so much easier. If looking with Richard James Highworth, I would highly reccommend Fredy & Jo... the dream team!
