Slick and professional sales team made the entire process very easy. Adam was an absolute star during the selling process and once offer accepted our Move Manager Lynn Garlick was excellent, knowledgeable, pleasant and informative. Always on hand to answer any queries or to expedite the process. Obviously a higher price than other options but in our experience worth paying the premium for the service delivered. Beth was amazing and supportive from the beginning of the process. I was honestly very time consuming as was a big move geographically and I had been let down last minute on a property previously. I must have called Beth on a daily basis at one stage Co-ordinating the move and each step needed - this clashed with Christmas holidays and also needed extra negotiations with the landlord. Beth went above and beyond to support me - even on her days off she was in touch - she certainly never made me feel like a nuisance - although I am sure I probably was!!

I decided to rent my property out this year following a change of circumstances followng the Covid 19 pandemic. I had no experience of being either a tenant or landlord, so I was feeling very overwhelmed and apprehensive about the whole process. Beth Watson and Shannon Mortimer from Haart in Swindon made everything very simple and straightforward. Everything was very carefully (and patiently!) explained. They were both excellent at responding to emails and text messages quickly. There was minimal paperwork to complete and Haart arranged all the appropriate certificates that were needed legally. Beth and Shannon found great tenants from only 3 viewings that they conducted. As a first time landlord, I would recommend Haart.

Had it not been for him i could well have gone with another agent. I then had the pleasure of dealing with Alex Watson who was helping out from his usual area manager role due to people being out of the office due to Covid related issues. He helped guide me to get the right buyers. Then on to Lynn Garlick who made sure everything went to plan with the sale completion. I had the opportunity to work with Beth Watson and the lettings team at Haart in Swindon when I purchased my first Buy to Let property. The experience has been phenomenal! Beth has been Professional in capitals and a credible advisor during the entire process. She educated us and guided us through each step of the way and she managed to get more than 6-7 offers in Day 1 of viewings. Lastly, Haart is using a landlord/tenant portal that makes our life so easy and the interaction completely smooth and seamless. I absolutely recommend Beth and the team at Haart for your lettings!

I highly recommend Harrt estate and lettings agents. I won't go in to personal details but I have known David Sheridan for many years and was delighted when he personally took the l3ad on putting my house on the market. Everything was done to a high standard and quality, efficient and effectively too. I do not know where to begin with Lynn Garlick, oh my gosh she has been my support and my rock throughout this whole process, if it was not for Lynn always going the extra mile myself as a client of theirs would never of known half the information I should of been told by soliciting companies. Lynn for me is the star of the whole entire process and is more than a credit to the company. An amazing woman with a heart of gold. Thank you so so much Lynn and David. Wow, I am so humbled and grateful to know that there is people as kind, patient and accommodating as Shannon is. Scott Thorne has been the most patient and kind estate agent I’ve met yet. As a first time buyer it can be very daunting looking or purchasing a first home and he has gone out of his way to make the process as smooth as possible - from going back to measure ceilings to booking in second viewings for me the next day to measure up. We have a flat in Swindon Haart manages the lettings on it for us, we were a bit frustrated that the communication had gone down hill, and were thinking of finding another letting agent, but all of a sudden a young lady called Jenna Burford has now become the letting property manager for Swindon and its all changed We have been able to talk to a person on the phone who has kept us informed of issues that we had with the property, so as long as Jenna stays on then we will be happy to let haart carry on managing our property thank you Jenna for the help 😀

Having Initially been drawn to Haart by the very high standard of professionally taken property photos, we were looking for and received 100% total satisfaction from Haart's great team. Our property photos were obviously taken with a passion to create the best impression for potential buyers, and Jack has mastered this craft to perfection. We achieved the desired result achieving five viewings followed by the accepted offer all within a short time frame. Not a good experience!!! At first everything was ok. Tried to get me to go with there recommended solicitors Beaumont legal. There quote was nearly £500 dearer than what I had been quoted by other solicitors. So went else where good job as these solicitors are online. Had nothing but trouble contacting them through my solicitor. When nothing was happening I started to chase Haart. Just kept getting told called they are getting back to me tomorrow. In the end started to speak to manager. Every time you call you get through to there call centre who say they will send email to get them to call you !! Then an unforeseen situation totally out of anyone’s control happened. When David asked for me to call on a certain day to be updated never received a call back when you email get an answer straight away this was after 3/4 calls to there office Had sent emails took ages to get reply. Eventually got the sale done them received a text from Alex saying well done we got there in the end. Thought this was joke as I had constantly phoned emailed and left messages to get this sale done!! Just felt like they just did not want to chase things at all, and a text from Alex saying you can meet me to pick keys up and that way you can drop my bottle of gin just finished me off On a whole would not use Haart or there solicitors Beaumont legal
