An extremely informative , friendly and supportive lady (Charlotte) at the West Swindon Haart office. Without this lady’s support, I would have dropped the idea of moving completely. Charlottes knowledge of this very stressful and often frustrating event, patiently talking us through the process which we knew nothing about, from viewings, negotiations and sales. She was there when a sale fell through, and often checked in with us until we sold. I would not hesitate to recommend Charlotte. Thank you!! Adding to this review as yet another sale fell through and we reached out to Haart again. And again Charlotte at the Swindon office immediately (same day I called her) came to our rescue, once again suggesting ways in which to resell. As prices had dropped, we had no option but to drop our price, however after many views and offers, we have once again sold. This was all within a month of signing with this team. I’d like to offer also a huge thank you to Nicole, another friendly hardworking member also from the Swindon team who patiently organised all our viewings, arriving on time to meet the prospective buyers and making lots of helpful suggestions to help sell our property. Nicole went to a lot of effort organising the viewing times so that we were not at great inconvenience, one day alone had nearly 4 hours of viewings. Nicole always answered text messages and emails from both myself and my partner. Feedback was always promptly provided and through this sheer hard work, has sold our house within the month. We are delighted. Thank you ladies. Haart, I hope you realise you have 2 amazing and diligent employees. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We were advertising our property with our old estate agent, Samantha Dunne called us and suggested we duel agencies as ours had been advertise for three weeks and with 24 hours of it being advertised with Haart we had a new tenant. We recently sold our house faster than we anticipated and needed to view a new build property that we liked. The properties in question were marketed by Haart Estate Agents in Swindon and we were fortunate enough to deal with a gentleman called Tyler Jesson. Having explained our situation to Tyler, he made sure that we were able to view the property that same day and was the Haart representative who escorted us around the buildings. He was very knowledgeable about the development, knew what the builder was trying to achieve with the design and finish and what was included and what was extra in the property. He allowed us to wander round unaccompanied and to discuss the build openly, as well as privately. We also chatted to the site foreman and some of the ground workers. It was a lovely feel and Tyler really understood our buying style and what we needed to get out of the visit. Later that morning, having left the property to discuss our next steps more fully, we made an offer on the property. Tyler remained as professional and as attentive as he had done during the visit. Great to deal with, understands his market and his customers and I expect will go a very long way in the world of professional estate agents. Thank you Tyler. Unfortunately, that’s where the excellent service stopped and having agreed to purchase the property, Haart are so poor at returning calls or providing information, that we have had to stop trying to work with them and go directly to the site agent. We’ve had no progress update from them at all, in fact, if we didn’t speak to site directly, we’d have no idea what was happening. Looking after you with initial enquiries and viewings, amazing, after that, they might as well not exist and this is why I have changed my review from a 5 start rating to a 2 star rating.

We had a sale and a purchase through Haart in Swindon. There were a few potentially chain-ending errors halfway through but thanks to Lynn Garlick (our saviour) and her immense dedication to her job and us we have finally moved into our dream home. I cannot stress enough how calming and informative she was when times really did seem like we'd be waiting a few more years to move, and I am glad that we had her for support. Great estate agents, after looking for our perfect home for years, they helped us find our dream home. Couldn’t recommend Adam enough, kept me updated throughout the whole process and answered any questions I had. We found our house through Haart. I can honestly say the level of customer service we have received has been Phenomenal!
