We were extremely happy with the service provided by Nicole-Sinead Adair from the Haart Swindon office. We went for a viewing at very short notice with Nicole and my business partner - we were amazed with how Nicole was accommodating, professional, honest, full of relevant information and provided some good ideas to do with the property. As investors who are new to this area and we haven't had the best experience with other Estate Agents in Swindon. Nicole was very nice and gave us as much time we needed to look at the property. She also advised us to view another property which has just had a buyer pull out which we viewed and we made an offer which was accepted with 15 minutes. We would highly recommended Nicole-Sinead and Haart Swindon. We hope this is a first of many property purchases in the Swindon area with Haart.

I would just like to say how grateful I am to Alex Watson for his prompt call out to value my house, not for the purpose of selling it, but because I needed it to be forwarded to a solicitor. It was an unusual property to value, and Alex went back to the office to research other properties and various methods to give us a fair valuation. I recently saw a property listed on Milton Road and sent an inquiry via the Openmarket portal requesting tenancy information, as I understand the property is being sold with existing tenants. Following this, I received a call from your estate agent, who explained that the tenancy details couldn’t be provided at this stage, which I completely understand. She then offered to arrange a viewing, which I agreed to, and also took down some of my details. I mentioned that I am an investor with a budget in the range of £700,000 to £800,000. However, I was then informed that I would need to speak with your mortgage advisor, which I found surprising. I explained that I would be open to that discussion if I decided to proceed with an offer, but not before. At this stage, I don't see the relevance of providing personal financial information or speaking to a mortgage advisor just to view a property. As someone who already holds a property portfolio, I have not encountered this type of requirement before. I’d appreciate it if you could clarify whether this is standard practice for your agency, as it doesn’t seem necessary at this point in the process. Thank you for your time, and I hope this feedback is taken constructively.

I chose Haart Estate agents in Swindon to let my 2 flats after getting terrible service from my current agents. I have been impressed by their service which has been second to none. Haart got both flats fully decorated, professionally cleaned ready to be let. Pasquale has gone over the beyond in order to get the flats snagging done just before being let.
