I have nothing but praise for David, Kelly and Jade at Haart in Swindon. From the first time I met David, he put my mind at rest as he explained the process for selling my home. His vast knowledge of the local property market helped my wife and I to get a price we wanted for our house. Jade's communication before and after viewings was excellent and she even went our of her way to complete a viewing on a Sunday. After we had accepted an offer and before exchange of contract both David and Kelly were amazing in chasing our buyers solicitors to make sure exchange of contract actually happened. They truly went the extra mile and I have no hesitation in recommending Haart as an Estate Agent.

Absolutely brilliant. This is the second time we've used Haart in less than 2 years both time selling our homes in less than 2 weeks, in fact the most recent sale it was sold in 5 days. Professional service from start to finish. Dave and his team really do go the extra mile to make sure your property is being flagged up to every prospective property hunter in and out of Swindon. They also have a sales progresser now which is fantastic as they act as the middle man/woman between the solicitors and buyer etc. I can't thank Mandi enough for putting up with my constant questions but nothing was too much and she really did go above and beyond. If you want to sell your property and more importantly for the price you need go with Haart, their the best at what they do and you won't be disappointed.

I have been trying to find a property in a particular area for over 6 months, Kelly has been the only Estate Agent who has tried her upmost to find me a property. She has kept in touch with me to check on my progress and offer any help and if she says she will ring she does, always keeps to her promises. I would recommend Haart as an agent to buy and sell through. Unfortunately the property I have found is not through Haart but if I decide to sell in the future I shall most definitely contact them. We bought our property back in 2015 with the help of Haart and almost 3 years on we are using them to sell as we were so impressed with the service we received. We accepted an offer on our property in less than 1 week of it being on the market which speaks volumes about their advertising and enthusiasm to help you sell your home. Dont even deserve the 1 star. Nothing in my flat was checked before moving in, advertised with white goods and the washing machine was broken when i moved in. Called them, was told they need to call me back about it, over a week later im still waiting from a call back from Rebekah, so i bought my own washing machine as no one was helping to have it arrive and cant be installed because the stop taps for the water arent operable, something that should’ve been checked prior to moving in, if my flat floods im screwed cause i cant turn the mains off. So ive been calling for half hour and unable to speak to ANYONE apart from in somerset as no one in swindon/bristol can be bothered to pick up the phone, to yet again be told someone will need to call me back. Not holding my breath as they never stick to their promises, at this point im unsure what Haart’s purpose is except to cause me so much stress and inconvenience! For the record this is one of MANY issues ive had and ive not even lived in the propery two weeks. HIGHLY UNRECOMMEND.

Alanah was a bit of a breath of fresh air really. I spent a tiring 2 days in Swindon with estate agents, to be honest most were the stereotypical agents giving lots of waffle about how the postcode is worth £20k or some other such guff, they can be rather like used car salesmen. Haart sent me Alanah...she gave me no BS just honest comments & really let the houses speak for themselves. Questions answered with no hard-sell, no pressure. I've not been so at ease with a salesperson since the Mercedes showroom in Sheffield a few years ago: which rather made me want to buy a Mercedes! Actually this was the only agent in Swindon to follow up a few days after the viewing for feedback without making me chase them. Agents: can we have more of this please?
