I haven’t bought a property yet but I know that I’d like to buy a property through Fakhir at Haart. Fakhir was very new to the business when I first spoke to him. Any questions that I asked he answered them, sometimes he didn’t know the answer to a question was so he would tell me that he’ll get an answer for me, never lied on a question.

Today I dealt with Alex who came round to value some properties of mine. I found Alex very Professional and easy to talk to. Alex has been in the profession for many years and this shows. Haart have so far managed to make the process of selling my property relatively easy. They were in constant contact when the house was on the market, with regular updates and feedback. It has recently sold STC but they keep in touch regularly and any questions or queries that I have, David Sheridan and his team are happy to answer. I would absolutely recommend Haart to anyone wanting to sell their property and would definitely use them again.

Thank you David and his team for the very professional and personal service they have given me through the process of selling my house. I have never been one for forms and paper work but that was of no genuine concern to David who helped me through every step of the way making it all very smooth sailing from start to finish. I was told at the start of the process by Jack that there would be regular contact and they were true to there word. You may find cheaper estate agents out there but you will be very hard pushed to find a better one. Worth every penny and would gladly recommend them to family and friends and anyone else toying with selling their home. Many thanks and I wish you all the success in the future.

We have used Haart many times and the fact we return speaks volumes for the service David and his team provide. They provide regular timely updates, by a method that suits us not them. Communications feels personal rather than your typical corporate update which we value. The actual listing is well written and takes into account of all of our requests. Furthermore they do their research of the area. If you are looking for an agent who provide timely updates without chasing, use Haart. If you prefer to chase your agent I suggest using someone else.

So here is my 5 star review which appears to be the general excellent standard for Nicola Thurston and the team at Hart. Firstly spoke a to a lovely girl on Ceila, who told me what was required for my appointment and promptly booked me in no hassle and full of energy which most establishments lack she clearly works in a great environment. After laying down my plans and ideas to Nicola she fulfilled me with confidence and security in my journey to purchasing my first home. I probably spoke more then she did due to me being nuts, but she catered to all my ideas and questions Without a problem. I recently contacted Sarah Finch from Haart in Commercial Road with instruction of wanting to purchase two investment properties. Sarah managed to find me the two properties within my budget and has saved me a lot of time and effort. She has kept me updated throughout the process and taken some of the stress away when buying property. Once these two properties go through my portfolio will be up to five. In the past I used other Estate Agents whom I have found hard to work with and was recommended Sarah Finch and Haart through a colleague of mine. I can't recommend Haart enough!!! We dont live in Swindon but we needed to sell a property there. We provided the agency with a key and left the matter to them. Just a day later, the agents had viewed, valuated and marketed the house. The viewings started incredibly soon afterwards and they continued to be regular thereafter. Updates were provided on an equally regular basis too. We were most fortunate to have primarily dealt with David Sheridan. I cannot begin to describe his dedication where the sale of a property is concerned. He was reassuring and courteous in the face of my endless bombard of queries and concerns!!! Even when our personal circumstances dictated that we withdraw the house from the market, David responded with genuine empathy. I have little doubt that we will be returning to this exemplary agency when my circumstances improve.

We purchased our property now several years ago, we found David to be very helpful. He referred us onto his in-house mortgage advisor and also nominated solicitor. We purchased a property through another estate agent but this didn't stop David keep in touch with updates as the agent we purchased through just assumed we would know the process, however being first time buyers it left us feeling venerable. As first time buyers the world of buying a house seems rather daunting, especially after having an awful experience with a different estate agents. Amazing service from Brandon in the lettings team. After my house purchase fell through, I had to quickly find a place to rent within a 2 week period. After calling the office to enquire about a property I was lucky to get hold of Brandon and explained my situation and short timeframe. As well as ensuring the references and checks were expedited helped negotiate with the owners to ensure they'd accept my 2 cats which was really appreciated!
