I would recommend Gatekeeper to anyone. They were fantastic from start to finish. I had had an awful experience with a previous estate agent but Gatekeeper (Dan Thorne in particular) gave me a great deal, put me at ease and got me two offers in the first weekend it was on the market with them. Even when my original buyer pulled out they had it straight back on the market and again got me two offers in the first weekend, and settled on one that was £4K more than the original offer anyway.Their move manager Harriet was good at keeping me up to date and good at chasing chain and solicitors etc when needed.

I've sold and purchased my house with Gatekeeper and I couldn't be more happy with them. Dan and his team are the best in Town. Very friendly and always happy to help with all the queries I had.I've also used Gatekeeper property move pack with the solicitors. Harriet Dearlove - move manager. After having tried a number of independent and national estate agents we felt totally disillusioned by the promises made on the initial appointment that led to a complete lack of communication and any kind of productive relationship. That completely changed with Dan and the team at Gatekeeper. I have purchased and sold properties in Bristol, Taunton and Swindon and without doubt Gatekeeper are amazing. Superb communication and care and attention from beginning to end. The weekly email and phone calls after the sale was something new to me and made what everyone says is a stressful time, pretty much stress free, thanks Sam. This was all even more awesome as it happened during the Coronavirus pandemic. We 100% urge you to use Gatekeeper - you will be glad you did

If you want the best then its Gatekeeper. Selling and buying is a very stressful time and especially during Covid. I have to say I did my homework and looked at their reviews which made me lift up the phone to them to make an appointment. Dan Thorne and the team were second to none. I was always kept in the loop no matter what. Dan always kept in touch every week and no matter what time of day you called, he would always pick up the phone if he could, if not, call you later. Even when the chips were down, Dan always saw the positives and made it all worthwhile. A big thank you to a great team.
