When Robert first came to give me a valuation I explained that it would be some time before I was ready to go to market. Unlike other agent in the past who constantly rang me to ask when I was ready, Robert left me to contact him in my own time. Shireen took excellent photos that showed the house’s best features. The open day attracted a lot of interest and several good offers. Nicola kept in touch with me throughout the process and always promptly replied to any queries I had. I thoroughly recommend Smiths for a first class, professional service and for making me feel like more than just another customer.
