GoogleI simply can't thank Sarah and Josef enough for all they did to make the sale happen. They went above and beyond what an estate agent would normally do to chase up my rather incompetent solicitor and advise me how to proceed when needed. GoogleCan't recommend this firm highly enough. They valued our house accurately and sold it very quickly. The progress of the sale has not been entirely smooth for reasons beyond anyone's control but RWW's excellent progress chasing, led by Sarah Sanderson, has been energetic and effective, keeping us informed at all times and maintaining contact with all the other parties - home owners, solicitors and the other agents involved.. Often we have hit 'bumps in the road' and Sarah in particular, but the whole firm in general, has been effective in 'ironing' these out.

GoogleHad dealings with Rob and his colleagues on both a professional and Personal level and I cannot recommend them highly enough. We instructed Smiths to sell our last property and within 48 hours it was sold to a cash buyer for the full asking price. The use of a WhatsApp Group for updates and queries was a nice touch and a great line of communication to allay concerns and address any queries that arose during the selling process. Rob, Rhys and their colleagues were brilliant throughout the process and the photos taken by Shereen were a much better quality than those we have had provided by other agents. GoogleOriginally, we went to view a property that Ben was the agent for, after this we made the decision that we wanted Ben to sell our home. After the initial conversation, it was clear that we certainly made the right choice and that Smiths would provide a much better service than other agencies we had spoken to; they were certainly right about this. From start to finish we had no concerns, everything was efficient, well communicated and there was an overall exceptional quality of service. Our property sold within the first set of viewings for a price that exceeded our expectations, there was no back and fore, just a quick and simple conclusion. I think this is the best possible scenario for anyone selling their home! Ben and rest of the involved company went above and beyond, helping to chase things along with our purchase property, offering advice and generally helping to move things along as much as possible. There were many complications with our purchase property, without Smiths & Ben I feel it would have been an extremely difficult and stressful period for myself and my pregnant wife. Months after our sale had completed Ben & Smiths got in contact to congratulate us on the birth of our son and also delivered some gifts, so not only is the service from start to finish, but the aftercare meets these levels also. We couldn't be happier, when we move on to our next home we will certainly use Ben & Smiths to do so.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleSmiths sold our house for us very quickly and most importantly for us it was stress free. Robert and his team took all the pressure off. Very professional. I also used Smiths to rent our house out in the marina for the past 5 years. Emma and Hywel both have been very professional excellent service especially when we had a leak they organised a plumber straight away and the job was done before to much damage was done.
