GoogleHighly recommended estate agent. I had an excellent experience from initial talks to closing with the highest level of service. The Lettings Manager, Mr. Anthony Roige was very professional, knowledgable and courteous, and was always there with expert advice and follow through. The Lettings Negotiator, Mr. Liam Prichard was always diligent, helpful and effecient, and gave personal attention in all dealings, every step of the way.

Peter Alan are looking after a property for me, getting harrased and threatening and rude phone calls telling me my gas Cert is due, when it's not due for another three weeks, they threatened to go over my head and send a service engineer, wne I have told them my plumber has the job penciled in for a week before the due date, awfull company to deal with.

One star is generous, as I cannot select a lower rating. I would not recommend this estate agency for selling a property. As a first-time seller, my experience was very disappointing. The value of my property was significantly overestimated and the property did not sell.

GoogleComing from outside Swansea, it was proving very difficult to view and secure a property due to the speed of the market. Manfred at Peter Alan Marina was fantastic. He arranged several viewings in advance and explained the process very clearly. When we made an offer, he managed it quickly and efficiently with the landlord, securing us the property. Highly recommended.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Absolutely awful to deal with, going over issues with them repeatedly with no resolutions. Wrong information on their systems. Rent arrears for a rent increased i was not aware of. If you can help it, avoid using them at all costs for your own well being.

Manfred was very friendly when showing us around the property and Anthony kept us updated with every step of the application process so we were never out of the loop. Company is a real disappointment. Being a landlord for over fifteen years and having to deal with first non paying tenant, Peter Alan have in effect stopped providing me with any service. Staff seem to come and go, they keep asking you to contact the generic email address to which it can take up to ten days to respond! When someone does eventually respond they appear to not understand the issue which has been going on for over three months. Will not be dealing with this company again as i now have to go it alone to try and mediate with the tenant. Really poor customer service

I’m honestly disappointed with the service provided by Peter Alan. They have consistently lied to both landlords and tenants, creating a web of deceit that has caused significant financial hardship. They recommend unaffordable rent prices to landlords, pushing tenants into dire financial situations.Peter Alan no longer advocate for long-term tenancies, preferring instead to increase rents annually. This approach is purely profit-driven and disregards the well-being of tenants. In our case, they falsely claimed that our landlord was struggling to pay their mortgage, when in fact, the property was bought outright. This was a blatant attempt to justify an unnecessary rent increase.The agency is exploiting the high demand for rental properties, contributing to the growing issue of homelessness. They show no regard for the welfare of either tenants or landlords, focusing solely on their commission. They are causing misery in people’s lives.
