Atrocious is too good a word to describe them. 1 viewer in 8 weeks of their being sole agency! They failed to answer detailed questions I asked of them. FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THEIR OWN COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE. Unable to adhere to sellers instructions. They got initial property description WRONG 3 TIMES. Even on last day as my agent, 2 out of 2 viewers failed to arrive! Del Boy Trotter could have done better. 8 WEEKS WASTED BY THEM. Recommend them to your enemies!!

The best estate agent in Kent Robinson Jackson Northumberland Heath very professional Dexter and Jane were so good they always put my mind to rest as I did not need to keep calling them to see how it was going as they kept me updated regularly and it was a very fast turn around I would recommend them to anyone that was selling there property as they did Exactly what they said and got my property sold in good time Thanks to the team x

Absolutely shocking service from start to finish with Robinson Jackson’s and they left us feeling frustrated and disappointed with the service they provided, not happy in the slightest and I wouldn’t recommend them even if they were the last estate agents on earth!!!!

I've had a very mixed experience with Robinson Jackson lettings. On the positive end they are generally easier to get hold of than other estate agents. On the negative end, they promised things that weren't delivered (photos of flat inspections etc). They also wash their hands of issues when you raise an issue and leave it to you to sort out. I left the relationship with them feeling like I wouldn't choose them again

Awful - rainham branch Kent Kelly has taken £20 of my deposit to glue a small corner of the carpet on a step. 1 month after, the job was not done, also when I asked for a receipt refused to give me one. How could she, if it didn't exist?Also they tried to take more money of me but couldn't because didn't have proofs Also when you ask to fix something while you're living in their property, it takes long, nothing is straightforward, and if possible you are made to pay.Maybe other branches are ok but Rainham is hallucinating I simply had to complain to ombudsman because there is none to complain to apart from Kelly and Natalie the managers in Rainham. Noone gives you any details Worse letting agency

Used r&J to rent a property in Maidstone area, my experience from start to finish has been nothing but bliss. The pair who have been handling my application ( libby and Ennis ) have been absolutely amazing, couldn’t fault them if I tried. Based off previous experiences with attempts to rent, this company has went above and beyond and managed somehow to get me a property within 3 working days! If you’re looking to rent somewhere use these guys, they make other companies look clueless.

Nothing was too much for them and their sales progresser Terri was a credit to them. She took calls daily from me and constantly chased solicitors etc as she was also aware of what we had been through. I can't recommend them enough. We made a stupid mistake and went with the wrong agency previously, if only we chose them first we'd be £30,000 better off and with less wrinkles and grey hairs.... Thankyou R&J from some very satisfied customers : )

Went to purchase a house first time told I was a preferred buyer then suddenly seller went with someone else the estate agents involved were not transparent to the point of lying on occasions I do not recommend this company they have a bad reputation amongst other agents
