GoogleI highly recommend Robinson Jackson to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. I had a fantastic experience working with Tracy, the sales progress manager, during the sale of my house. She was outstanding throughout the entire process. Although there were a few hiccups along the way, especially from the buyer's solicitors, Tracy handled everything with great professionalism and determination.
What impressed me most was how she addressed each situation and her commitment to resolving issues quickly and efficiently. She kept me informed at every stage, reassured me when things became stressful, and worked tirelessly to ensure that the sale progressed smoothly.
I truly appreciate all the effort she put in to make the sale successful. Thank you, Tracy, and the Swanley team, for your exceptional support throughout the process.

GoogleRobinson Jackson were absolutely amazing. We had found a house we wanted to buy and needed a quick sale. In less than 10 days, the photos were complete and the house was on the market. Within 2 weeks they had found a buyer. Michelle and Matt brought their years of experience, their understanding of the market and knowledge of sales. Terri in the progression team was very supportive when the chain was complicated and kept pushing the sale along. A very big thank you to all the team for making the move a positive experience. I highly recommend them!!

TrustpilotEasy and clear process
From Jack coming and talking us through the sales process it was simple no pressure came with information on local sales and what they could do for us, our home sold on the first open house, the sales team in the office have been brilliant especially Tammy getting us over the final huddle and last minute glitches keeping us informed they have made the whole process as stress free as moving house can be! From offer to completion it's taken just over 4 months which is great. If we move again they will be out first call!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We really appreciate you sharing your feedback.
We believe there may have been a little confusion regarding the branch, as we have checked our records and cannot find any interaction or business with our Swanley office in Kent. It appears that your experience may have been with another Robinson Jackson branch.
We would be grateful if you could contact us directly so we can clarify this for you. If the review was intended for another branch, we would really appreciate it if you could kindly amend and update the review from our Swanley Google profile.

TrustpilotFantastic Company
What a fantastic company to deal with, they couldn't have helped any more if they tried and with such a difficult sale (probate sale) Chris Perkins went above and beyond the call of duty, even working on it whilst on holiday. Doing everything he could and holding ours hands every step of the way. If i could score higher than a 5 then I would have. I highly recommend this Estate Agent

TrustpilotWorst rental service ever!
Worst ever service I have received from any organisation. Pure incompetence, to say the least. Rented a property with them and at move in, property was at best filthy. This was after they lied during the viewing that the property would be painted and cleaned. Heating in the home not working. Made them aware that I have 3 children with me at the time, they didn’t even care. Don’t use them if you don’t want heartache. Regrets all the way. Never been so stressed in my life.

I found Robinson Jackson in Swanley ok to deal with, apart from Matt (Matthew Henry) who was polite, told us what we needed to know and kept us informed and helped us when we needed it. He also popped in after we moved to make sure everything was ok.
