Worst ever service I have received from any organisation. Pure incompetence, to say the least. Rented a property with them and at move in, property was at best filthy. This was after they lied during the viewing that the property would be painted and cleaned. Heating in the home not working. Made them aware that I have 3 children with me at the time, they didn’t even care. Don’t use them if you don’t want heartache. Regrets all the way. Never been so stressed in my life.

When buying my first house recently, the house was being sold via the Robinson Jackson branch in Gillingham. Although there were ups and downs, and delays (not because of them, because of my solicitors), the sales progressor: Kay Young, was absolutely amazing. She is honestly a credit to the company. She always kept me in the loop, did the most that she could for me and to get updates for me, and just went above and beyond! I would highly recommend this estate agents, and especially Kay. She is a gem and they should be lucky to have her!

Like - Near the end I liked the way Jo Rossiter was following up and assisting in the same. This made the process efficient.Dislike - If someone is temporarily filling in for the person dealing with the sale then that person should be upto speed with all the information related to the customer such as exchange of emails, conversations etc. that has happened till that time. It saves the customer from having to explain it again.

They stole my £200 holding deposit when I never gave misleading information cos I told them and they not giving me my money back when my tenant reference came back with a slight issue of late rent payments cos they don’t ask wether any late rent payment happened in last 12 months

They have worked hard to answer my many questions on multiple properties I was looking into. Isabelle, was also very professional and adaptable in organizing viewings, answering questions during the viewings and following up afterwards to address the concerns of both buyer and seller.

We were most impressed by their attention to detail, communication and knowledge of the market and local area. Do not use them to let and manage your property! Tyler from Gravesend is managing our property and it’s useless to pay for it. Nothing gets done on time, dates aren’t met, no calls, she isn’t proactive and just causes more stress. What a waist of money! When asking her about things she doenst even have an answer. Plus they only check the apartment once every 6 months and don’t have one letting manager per property. Do not use them!
