This is the second time I have used 2Roost to sell a property and both times I have been incredibly impressed with their service! What really makes them stand out from the rest is their fantastic staff! Everyone you speak too at 2Roost is down to earth, friendly and always cheery! Kelly in particular has been absolutely fantastic throughout our sale and she is a delight to deal with, more like chatting with a friend than our Estate Agent! Thank you!! We recently rented a flat through 2Roost. The service we received was outstanding. The sign up and quit process were efficient, clear and fair. Communication about inspections and routine maintenance work was timely and all issues we raised (leak from the flat above, broken fridge and a wasp nest) were dealt with promptly. Anton himself was highly professional, friendly and approachable. I have rented a property which has been managed by To Roost for a couple of years. Although I think I was lucky with the landlord who resolved any issues that arose at the property quickly, the Lettings team at To Roost have always been helpful and responsive to any queries I had. I have never delt with such a incompetent company. They are unable to provide you with the most basic information like how long your chain is or if its a complete chain, they never call back when they say the will, staff come and go but don't inform you that your case manger has changed. Worst of all most of the staff are incredibly rude on the phone. I would never buy a house through 2roost again.

Viewed a house with Anton, I was really keen and interested in putting an offer in, Anton promised that someone would call me back that day. However no one did so I called back the next day and asked for someone to ring back about the property, again though no one called me back, noticed online that the property was then sold without the opportunity for me to put in my offer. I called again and asked for Helen one if the owners to call me back, again no call back, as a result really unimpressed with the service and lack of basic skills/professionalism to call people back. Would not recommend buying or selling through this agent as a result of my experience.

Avoid 2roost estate agents at all costs! They are useless!! Firstly, after having them come value our home, the lady said she would "get back to the office and email me all the details straight away" - I never received an email. When we made an offer on a house on with them we waited 3 days for an update before calling them ourselves for an update for them to not call us back. when they came to value our house the next day we mentioned it and the lady called the office to find out - she said the vendors said they would accept our offer once we had sold our house. 2 roost didn't think this was important information to tell us, even after we called them to chase them up. We have made offers on 2 different properties with them now and both times we have found out that they were 'sold stc' and 'under offer' on right move before they have told us! The first time it happened they said that they had emailed me to let me know but every other email they sent me came straight through but never received that one and it wasn't in my spam box either - doubt it was ever sent! Obvious it was never sent as the 2nd property we offered on is now showing as 'under offer' on right move, when I called to ask if that was our offer they said no its someone else who is proceedable so they are going with them. That's fine but why were we not advised of this?!?! They are terrible at communication and I'm so happy we didn't put our house on the market with them! 😡😡😡NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

My wife and I have lived in several houses during our married life. We’ve always said this one will be the last!! Well our current property really is too big for us so we’ve made the decision to look for a smaller property. The pains of actually selling your property have had to be experienced one more time. We can honestly say however that the help and assistance we have received from 2ROOST has made the whole experience not just bearable but almost a pleasure. We can’t recommend 2ROOST highly enough. Starting with the initial valuation stage conducted by Helen and Paula and right through the whole process. Kelly and all the other members of staff have been both helpful and pleasant in all our dealings with 2ROOST. From buying our first house it was an exciting time. The staff where friendly but we where rushed to get our mortgage sorted with in a week and working full time deemed it difficult. Later I was passed from agent to agent as one would take on jobs and my enquires, to only go on holiday or have days off and for me constantly having to chase these up. This just seemed like they where dragging their feet and just making it over all stressful. We were also given our keys at 3.30pm to find the sellers where still at the house moving out, no congratulations were passed and we are still awaiting warranties/documents we requested months ago.

I cannot praise the team at 2Roost enough. I have used Helen at 2Roost twice now to buy and sell my houses within the last 7 years and each time the consistent excellent customer service has been brilliant. Helen came out and valued our house and was honest and realistic with us on the value of the house along with expected timescales of the sale and she was absolutely correct in her expert opinion. I then continued to progress with the rest of her team throughout the negotiations and sale of our house and I was absolutely delighted with the speed of response and absolute professionalism of all members of the team. I would highly recommend 2Roost to any of my friends and family.
