GoogleThey didn't turn-up for an appointment to value the house although they had confirmed it by text. So I rang twice to see why and was promised a call back on both occasions. HEARD NOTHING!!! If that's how they treat me as a vendor giving them business, I have no confidence that they would provide a service for me to sell. Is it just a case of give them a none returnable upfront fee and then forget about you?

GoogleAs House buyers it's been a pleasure dealing with 2roost and we are thankful the vendors sold the house through them, Elaine and the others are proper friendly Yorkshire folk and helped keep the chain moving even when we ran into troubles. Thank you all. P.s if you are thinking of using purple bricks, just don't. They offer no support after the offer has been accepted for the seller or buyer.

GoogleWe were booked in for a viewing in Sheffield for 12:30pm we told the agent we were travelling up for London specifically for this, we left London at 9am and got to sheffield at 12pm at 12:05pm I received a message from the agent to say the property had a sale agreed after 3 hours of driving. Unprofessional!
