GoogleI used 2Roost as they seemed to sell everything in my area, true to form they sold the property for the full asking price in less than a week! Service has been excellent from the first visit to dropping the keys off on the date of completion. Can't thank them enough. I would recommend 2Roost to anybody considering selling their property. Great service for a great price.

GoogleAll the staff we dealt with at 2Roost provided a friendly, professional and helpful service from the initial stages of putting the house on the market to final completion. An agreed fixed fee at the beginning of the process meant there were no unexpected surprises when we came to make payment on completion. We would recommend 2Roost to anyone looking to sell their house.

GoogleI've used 2Roost twice in the last 5 years and the service cannot be bettered. Very quick sales achieved on both occasions and the pricing structure is excellent value for money, especially compared with companies who take a percentage of the sale price. I would give a massive thanks to all the team at 2Roost and recommend them to everyone.

GoogleWe sold our house with 2Roost and received an excellent service, very helpful and friendly staff. We didn't even consider going elsewhere when we needed an agent only 6 months later. We are now letting out our property with 2Roost lettings and again haven't been let down. Thankyou for a professional service and advice.

GoogleZoe at 2roost is excellent. She came to our house and gave us confidence that our house would sell. Very knowledgeable and got a for sale board outside our house that same day! The house then sold within 24hours. What a service!

Hello Daniel We are confused over your review as we provided you with your valuation back in 2017 and you decided not to proceed and you even thanked us for our service and offered to recommend us to other people Kind regards The 2roost Team

GoogleThis agent sold my house where others had simply failed, and did so quickly. The non-sales staff are, frankly, excellent and a pleasure to deal with. 2Roost made the whole process of selling my house painless. I would unreservedly recommend them if you selling your property.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
