GoogleHaving dealt with with quealy and Mann in the past and having had bad experiences with both of them, i decided to see a few other local estate agents. James who came to value my property came across as the most genuine and honest (as honest as an estate agent can be) so I went with wards. They were on hand for any questions I had and returned my calls pretty quickly. Certainly a first for me! They kept me updated throughout the sale and were even quick to respond after my board blew over, sending someone out the next day to replace. Will definitely use again for my next property.

GoogleI was a first time buyer. Ward helped me all the way through the process, could not have asked for more from the team. I had some very specific needs when buying a house, Rhys took all of these onboard and showed me a few houses, all of which met every criteria. Once I had found my house Mark found me a great mortgage, and did all the paper work for me. Michele then kept me up to date all the way through the sales progression. Any questions I had the team answered very well and promptly. Thanks to the whole team.

GoogleWe used Wards to sell our home with and we was really impressed with everyone at the branch, Mark the branch manager was really helpful and got the property up straight away and we sold our house within 2 weeks. I would recommend them, plus their fees are really good. We was kept up to date with the progress of the sale by the team at Sittingbourne every step of the way. The can login and check the status of viewings and offers and much more, was really impressed with that. Again thank you to everyone at the Sittingbourne branch we are now enjoying our new home in wales 🏴
