GoogleWe was first time buyers and we didn't really know what to expect, but Wards Sittingbourne was very easy to deal with, we was looked after by James who was always available to talk to and easy to contact and kept us updated on the situation, overall it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this estate agent.

GoogleAll of the staff at Wards have been great in finding suitable properties for me to view. Their guidance and advise has been great for me. I have mainly been dealing with Katie from the Sittingbourne office, she has been polite, professional from the start, she always keeps me informed but is never pushy, allowing me to think and make decisions. I am more than happy I have the team there helping me and would recommend them to anyone.

After the sale of the property l experienced a complete lack of communication and empathy from.the agent. Despite repeated attempts to get assistance. They failed to contact the seller after collecting their commission. Their handling of the situation was highly unprofessional showing no willingness to support or resolve outstanding issues. Overall the service provided was below expexmctation and l would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a a reliable and responsible agent.

GoogleWell where do I start, absolutely dreadful service! Once again communication is next to none, don't expect calls back or replies to your emails to James. Unfortunately I do not know the ladies name, but if you want your doors left unlocked invite her around, she'll let potential viewers know she feels the property is over priced, and sit in her car whilst viewers knock at the door 4 minutes late. You'll also have people arrive asking to view as they've not been able to book in! Will find potential buyers who don't actually have a AIP then fail to inform you when they pull out. Also spoke with Tommy who was going to arrange the return of our key, where is that?!

GoogleComplete time wasters!Absolutely awful service, I had a property valued (well supposed to be nearly a week ago) I was told on the day I would receive a email that evening with valuation. Nearly a week later and after me calling at least once a day and explaining the situation (that's when I could get through to someone) I still have no valuation I have constantly been promised call backs and emails. Clearly these guys are the only people that believe they are busy at work, I had taken time off work to meet them at the property as well as putting my Tennant out. Based on the fact estate agents are based mostly around service I would steer clear, they use a call centre so you never get through to the branch. Its a shame they didn't spend as much time following through as they did telling me how great of a estate agent they was. If you value your time I would avoid

GoogleFantastic from start to finish! james, reece and all the guys in the team looked after me and my house from the day they originally came to see me all the way to the keys being dropped off, I cannot recommend them enough. They kept in touch, were polite and made sure I was looked after at all times. We had some other estate agents round and they were good, but Wards in Sittingbourne make the others look average. Thanks guys, highly recommend, I will be back when we sell!

Under the stress of a time pressure the whole team at Wards moved into action swiftly, asked & complied with factors that were important to us, sealed on an offer that was above asking & well under the time constraints we had. I would not recommend. They carried out tenant check out and missed a lot of damages by the tenant which cost me more after tenant has left. I receive communication from different staff which is confusing. I sent a complaint, till date, it has not been resolved.

GoogleThis has been a long overdue review. These estate agents are prejudiced. When my Mum was looking to buy her property in Sittingbourne the house we eventually bought with them now they asked us why we were looking at this four bed, four bath house as if people like us could not afford it or should be there. The lady who showed us around the house we had the viewing with another couple and she completely ignored us and spoke to the other couple and then when viewing was over, slammed the door in our face and stayed with the other couple inside the property to discuss what they thought while we were basically thrown out. Anyway through my determination we ended up buying the house but I would never use Ward again to sell or buy. Blatant prejudice towards certain demographics I will just say. Another property my Mum viewed the estate agent said he would not even show my Mum the house because she wouldnt be able to manage the big garden.
