GoogleConfirmed viewing with me in the morning, I drove for over an hour to get to the property. They then left me waiting for over 30 minutes, when they finally answered the office phone i find out their agent got held upp in a traffic jam and headed to the next appointment and won't make it at all for the property I wanted to view! Ridiculously unprofessional agency, first of all no notice from them, I had to call them to find out what was going on, and then of course the utterly unprofessional way they skipped my viewing just to keep other appointments.

GoogleI have had nothing but good experience with this sittingbourne branch. Although, I didn’t the house due to personal reasons but, I extremely appreciate one of the agents (Rhys Kenten) who helped me understand what I needed to do. Rhys pushed forward on the requests I was looking for & he pulled through every time. If you’re looking to purchase a house, hands down you need to go this branch.

GoogleAs a woman on my own, who hadn't sold her home before, I put my trust in James Shepard, of Ward's Estate Agents. One would expect the manager to be moral. Word of advice when signing a new client who has never sold a property before, you need to make sure they are full aware of the terms of your agreement. I WAS NOT AWARE! I honestly feel duped, I had been sold a product that I was not aware would cost me thousands of pounds more. I was hoodwinked and gullible.
