Everyone has been fantastic. Rhys and James have been fab since the beginning, keeping in contact as much as possible, supporting us with different options of houses, and ensuring that our process is going smooth. All details have been informative and interaction has been on point. Katie was with us at our property when showing potential buyers round our property and she was fantastic, so friendly and relaxed. So thankful for all they have done for us, and this is only the beginning of our journey. We originally bought our property through Wards 6 years ago, and knew the best thing to do was go back go where it all began and so glad we did. Thank you so much guys. You've been amazing.

The service I received when I put my house on the market with this estate agent was first class from start to finish. Valuation of my property was carried out promptly. Advice given of what price to market it at was informative with the current local market prices of similar properties. I had no hesitation to market my property through them. They failed to contact the seller after collecting their commission. Their handling of the situation was highly unprofessional showing no willingness to support or resolve outstanding issues.
