GoogleWe had the privilege of working with Quealy & Co to purchase our new family home. The staff were all outstanding but the person that stood out for us is Annabelle Fairchild. Annabelle was brilliant, her professionalism during the entire process from having our offer accepted to collecting the keys was second to none. Thank you Annabelle for keeping on top of things, the daily call updates at the later stage was much needed and really appreciated. Florence & Paul

GoogleF.A.O tenants: They come and inspect the property every 3 months and as a tenant they do not send you any inspection reports. Even when you email twice, asking for inspection reports and notes to be sent to you as a tenant, they do not reply. How are you to know if a lettings agent is happy with how you’ve maintained the property if they do not communicate anything about it? This is causing us distress over our deposit as we don’t know how much of our hard-earned money we will get back. If you’re a tenant, please go elsewhere. Linda Matthews gave me my full deposit back when I vacated one of their properties and when the house was being sold they had me as a ‘sitting tenant.’ They also only inspected once or twice a year, not every 3 months! A landlord’s house is a tenant’s home - tenants pay an extortionate amount and have a right to live in peace without the constant disturbance! Quealy and Co (in my opinion) only care about where the money is coming from. As the landlord pays them, they do everything to benefit the landlord. Not forgetting that in order for the landlord to pay them, the tenant has to pay the landlord. We’ve always paid in full on time and been good tenants but they don’t seem to care about that. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Best to rent from elsewhere, if you want to feel at ease that you’ll be getting your deposit back and if you want to live a life without someone taking pictures of every room in your home, every 3 months.

GoogleAt long, long last purely by accident I stumbled upon the perfect Estate & Letting Agents !!.(they do exist!). For years I have been tormented by and been on the other end of so called 'Professional Estate & Letting agents', that talk a good job, having been drawn in by their marketing speil!! As a result I have been massively out of pocket and don't trust any of them, certainly in letting a beautiful showhome that ended up being trashed, but estate agents quote unwarranted terminology adopting a brusque hard exterior to put one off the track if you query anything, that is until I came upon Quealy & Co. From start to finish in purchasing a property to now letting it out, I finally trust again. They have consistently provided a friendly, professional and polished service. All my calls are answered or returned immediately with the information I need. I have always been kept up to date with the purchase and letting of my new property. Both Annabelle Fairchild in sales and Caroline and team in lettings have been what every purchaser and landlord need to feel they are in safe hands! I have no hesitation in recommending such a highly professional, enigmatic, friendly and reliable company to buy and let. If you want peace of mind knowing you don't have to chase up an agent again to find out what's happening, use Quealy & Co. they are THE Creme de la Creme of agents!!.

GoogleWould give 0 stars if I could, wouldn’t recommend renting with Quealy and Co. Inspections every 3 months photos taken of your property, never feels like home. if I wasn’t still tied to a tenancy I would be moving out already. If you are renting, remember that they work for the landlord and not you, don’t trust them.
Hi Kathy, we have an obligation to both you as the tenant and to the landlord make sure that the fabric of a building is not deteriorating and I do not know how we can do that without coming to visit. It is recognised in the rental market that agents should visit properties periodically and I am absolutely confident that if we did not we would be lambasted by both tenants and landlords for not doing so. It appears it might be some time since you rented through us as our inspections are just three times a year now. We do wish the inspections to be as minimally intrusive as possible but we do have to have some means of recording what we have found. I would be very pleased to hear from you personally as feedback only enables us to be aware of how our customers feel about the service we provide.

Louise and Sue kept me up to speed throughout the sale process and when everything was agreed, Lynn in the progression team provided regular updates. GoogleThis company seems to promise everything and when it comes to actually delivering their promises when there is problems they are not professional at all. Blaming the tenants for the problem without offering any solutions to fixing and amending the property and the relationship with the tenant. Avoid and make sure you check everywhere especially damp walls and mould. Easy to cover up with a fresh lick of paint !NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
