Awful as a lettings agency, great for greedy landlords. They're absolutely landlord centered not caring about the issues tenants raise. After more than 10 years of tenancy with two young children - paying the rent regularly and on time even during lockdown - a bit more cooperation and support was expected. Had continuous problems with a poorly fitted front door and a falling apart shed( what have been replaced only after moving out), cold rooms (extra radiator has been fitted after moving out), mildew, damp and condensation, what continuously raised on visits. Instead of helping sorting out the issues only council leaflets were given with silly advices and continuously asked they hope I don't use tumble drier or dry clothes indoor wintertime. Lizzie the property manager even told that the problems caused because of poor lifestyle. She's the rudest, most arrogant agent with zero customer care - either in person or correspondence - and actual property knowledge experience. After checkout she refused handing over any of the routine visit reports mentioning any of the problems raised, saying she's not able to do so because of their admin system upgrade. Sometimes she even sent me emails addressed to the landlords. At checkout they even charged for smoke alarm batteries. They insisted on the amount of deductions though the problems have never been solved or even cared. Some support and advice was given on routine visits though by a different agent.

GoogleAm amazed at the lack of professionalism within the lettings agency. Agents making unfounded and rude comments about a property to the landlord, I would not recommend or trust using Quealy’s to look after your property.

GoogleWe recently purchased our first house through Quealys. During the initial viewing we had a full 30 mins - 15 mins more than all other estate agents gave us in this strong sellers market! MUCH nicer to deal with than the majority of other estate agents. Following acceptance of our offer emails were always answered promptly. Our 2nd sales progresser, Lyndon, was fabulous, he took over near the end just as exchange was falling apart due to complications further up the chain and during a very stressful time. He was brill at keeping us updated, helping to fix the issues and providing some advice my solicitor had neglected to do for us. He was understanding of my concerns and worries and gave me realistic expectations. Thanks to him exchange then went ahead! Staff were happy to welcome my dog into the office when we picked up the keys on completion day. Minus 1 star as our offer was accepted 1st Feb, our sellers had a deadline of 24th June, this deadline wasn't communicated to us until mid-May (by the sellers themselves) after the original sales progresser had told us it was "likely to be July or August" when we asked for a rough ETA in April, which means we had to extend our rental agreement. Had we been aware of the June deadline we would not have done this and saved ourselves 2 months rent.

GoogleUnreliable. They charge you a fee for renting then any problems you have in the property is not dealt with.
Hi Gabriel, i am sorry you to hear about your experience. However, the last record we can find of you dealing with us was in 2015 and we have not charged any fees to tenants since 2019. Much has changed in our business since then and i would certainly hope you would have a very different experience if you rented from us now.
