We used Quealy & Co for our house sale and we have been delighted with the service we have received. The team were excellent, from Sam who first came to view our property for the valuation and go through options, Tyler who we dealt with on a day to day basis and Lucy our progression officer. I'd be frequently using whatsapp to message Tyler which was a big help. The wider team on a whole were also excellent when we had viewings on other Quealy properties and people viewing house. The dealings I've had with Quealy have been so positive, especially when compared to other estate agents I've dealt with in the past. You have a question, they answer it. You need help, they help. They were also very human about the process; we were about to have a baby and things were happening with the house and Lucy was so good to deal with when decisions needed to be made. Tyler sent me a message from him and Sam to congratulate us on the new arrival, and when speaking to Lucy about progress she was asking how things were going, which was all very well received. This was the first house we sold, but compared to the estate agents we dealt with when initially buying the property, Quealy are leagues ahead in terms of service. Even the progression portal online to view progress was very useful and I know other agents don't have that. Thank you all very much for your help, and when we come to think about moving again, it will be Quealy that we call.

We have used Quealy & Co to find tenants for our let property and most recently for the sale of a property. The teams were excellent in both area's from start to finish, they are highly professional and and alway's delivered on a promise to call back and keep us informed on the progress of the letting/sale. Michael made the process of the valuation and getting the property on the market so quick and easy and Lucy was an absolute star when the sale was going through by chasing the other estate agents etc in the chain to get an agreeable date for completion.I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Have dealt with Holly and Lee mainly but have met other staff members (forgive me for omitting their names) who have shown us around different properties. Have always found everyone helpful and straight talking which is rather refreshing when dealing in property. Special mention to Holly though as she would actively look for properties for us and forward homes that she thought would be interested in, and to Lee for actually negotiating a deal. But overall very thankful to have had dealings with Quealy and co. It's always worth staying local when dealing in property.

I purchased a leasehold property which took just under 12 weeks, all thanks to superb service and care from Lee Garlick and Lisa Pacitti. It is very clear that providing outstanding customer service is at the forefront of their minds, demonstrated through their thorough communication and general conscientiousness. Fantastic estate agents! All the way through the process of buying and selling the staff were exceptional! Sam was fantastic when sorting a valuation and getting the house on the market in an incredibly quick time so that we could offer on our dream home and Tyler was fantastic the whole way through the process constantly keeping us updated and putting up with me constantly calling him! Selling our home took a lot longer than we expected but we could not have done it without the support, professionalism and knowledge of the staff at Quealy & Co. We used John King, Quealy's in house mortgage advisor who was absolutely FANTASTIC - full of knowledge and an absolute pleasure to work with. He was always only an email away for any queries or worries we had and we could not have done it without him - we will be using John again next summer when our ported mortgage runs out! If anyone is looking for mortgage advice you will not regret using John! We would also like to say a special thank you to Nicola Crouch who from the moment we agreed a sale was absolutely phenominal.
