John King, Mortgage Advisor for Quealy, has been brilliant in helping with my remortgage. John initially helped me 5 years ago in securing a mortgage during his time at Mortgage Matters. I tried to search for John to help with my remortgage, but was advised he no longer worked for them, and I wasn't provided with any details as to where he'd moved to, or if he still worked in the industry. Luckily I was browsing local Estate Agents to check for brokers, and found John was now at Quealy (Quealy dont charge fees for advice, or setting up a mortgage). Once I'd contacted Quealy's, John offered initial advice, and helped me choose who to remortgage with. John kept in contact with me throughout the process, offering support and guidance. I'd 100% recommend John to anyone looking for a mortgage, to remortgage or just for advice.

Throughout the moving process we dealt with a variety of estate agents and despite not purchasing a property from Quealy and Co, they were the best company we dealt with. Very efficient and responsive. Ben was the most helpful, informative and charismatic person we dealt with throughout the process. When showing us around properties he answered all our questions and was very proactive with any queries we had, getting back to us quickly with the answers we wanted. He also sent us properties that matched the description we had given, which doesn’t always happen! Genuinely made a huge difference to such a daunting process. Service is often missing in today’s world, and that’s why many of the decisions I make usually come down to price. But after working with Lee, my faith has been completely restored, great service does still exist. Lee was good to deal with once we had found our property, quick to respond and deal with any queries. I would highly recommend John to anyone that was looking for a mortgage advisor. He was welcoming, patient and really took the time to go through everything with us. Amazing service. I cannot fault the professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness and quality of service. All staff have been amazing, but big shout out to Sue and Athena who were so on it. I live 70 miles away and work full time, therefore I did very little. The staff at Quealy did it all. Recommending people, contacting people e.g. a solicitor etc. Additionally they chased up the solicitors for me and so on, so that the sale went smoothly. I genuinely would recommend them. It is just a pity that they do not have branches near where I live for when (if) I sell my house.

Rented a property with this estate agents, left the property on 27th September and still not received any notification of the deposit and we are on the 10th October. We have been told that we’d receive a response around this and still nothing… this has surpassed the 10 days deposit period and we have had to deal with the landlord leaving us previously for 3 weeks without any heating/hot water. I don’t understand why we can’t be kept up to date with and why no one responds to our emails

They all went above and beyond to help me purchase my house and see it all through especially Ben Heard, he knew from my first viewing exactly what I wanted after viewing several homes when a particular house came up he notified me straight away, knowing I'd love it and it was perfect for me. Contacted quealy and co to ask for a viewing on a rental on the Tues and booked it for 3pm on Fri, Fri morning I received a text reminder of viewing, then half way through the day they called me to change my appointment from 3pm to 4.30pm as there's a change in the diary. We agreed to go at 4.30 and again we received text messages reminding our time of viewing, the message was wrong as it still stated 3pm when called the agent said it was a error then a hour after I got another text reminding me of the 4.30 viewing. After all that we went to view the property and arrived at 4.30 to be told to wait as someone else had turned up at the same time, we didn't wait, as I found this unprofessional and clearly this company has not got a clue how to book viewings.
