This is the second home that Dee and his team have sold for me over the last few years, each of them having been awkward sales due to circumstances. The main difference with Quealy & Co up against other agents is that alongside their very personal touch, they go that extra mile needed and in fact and on this occasion went several miles further to ensure that the sale goes through and that all parties are at ease during the process. Bearing in mind that the whole process was carried out whilst I lived in Spain, so the greatest respect!! Great communication throughout, personal touch and above and beyond the call of duty….I just cannot recommend them highly enough! Quealy’s were able to sell our house right away before the house was even listed. Unfortunately the sale fell through before completion and again our house sold right away, this time with multiple offers. We used John the mortgage advisor who was absolutely fantastic, would recommend him to anybody. Athena the sales progressor was so helpful throughout keeping us up to date and doing the horrible job of chasing solicitors. Our ongoing purchase was through Quealy’s too and we were very happy with the service. The office always knew our details when we called so were able to help us our very easily.

Pleased with Quealy overall but not apex law solicitors that they recommended as communication was not good didn’t call back when asked about a query and even harder to get through to anyone on the phone would often ring and ring and then cut off this is not acceptable when trying to deal with selling a property and unable to visit solicitors to ask a question as they are based in Bexley heath . word of advice use a local solicitor

As a first time buyer myself, my experience was not great with quealy & co. First we tried to purchase a house that granted may not have been quealy & co understanding at first was not even purchasable, potentially stamp duty evasion. They were evasive once this was discovered communication was horrendous and myself and my husband were having to constantly chase for answers. To this day we are still yet to have our question answered how this house was ever listed in the first place. If our solicitor wasn’t kind we would have lost thousands on solicitor fees due to their incompetence. Thank god we had an outstanding solicitor who gave us the best advice when trying to purchase this house. Will not be recommending.

We were pleasantly surprised to find out the Quealy offer this service for free! We had contacted John, who has been fantastic from the start and always been quick to respond to any queries.
