GoogleBeing in sales I know how it works, but dealing with Chris has been a pleasure. Down to earth and professional is hard thing to find and Chris has this. Helped me and family find our family home and we couldn't of asked for better service then what Chris has provided. Would only us Chris moving forward highly recommend.

GoogleBe careful of this company. I am a tenant and I have an awful experience. This company did nothing during my tenancy. They ignored your requests. Each time I phoned to the estate agent, they just said it is not their responsibility. Once they promised to follow your case, they forgot everything after you phoned to them two weeks later. They did nothing and not trustworthy. Even thought when I move out and check my status of deposit, they never follow it. I really learnt a lesson from their unprofessional manner. Be careful when those who want to rent from this estate agent.

GoogleHave used Haart Leagrave before and decided to go back for this sale - their fee is higher than many agents but I trusted them. We had a couple of moments where there were some timing issues but they were mostly while my main contact was on unavoidable leave. I dealt with Zoe and Shelagh, and am pleased to say that the sale was made within the time they suggested it would be, and my purchase, also via them, while not smooth was managed well and they did their best to mitigate difficulties caused by tardy solicitors etc. Shelagh is bright, friendly and kept me up to date throughout. Would recommend.

GoogleOne word to describe my experience with them: RUDE. I was rejected for a property viewing in Sutton a few months ago as I believe Daniel J. assumed that I did not have enough money for that flat. It's appeared from his tones over the phone that he underestimate my finance to buy a flat so it is not worth to give me a slot for a viewing. I've met many good people and a few rude people from estate agents. Daniel is one of the rude one. Anyway, I got my offer accepted for a flat in this area and the agents I deal with right now are nicer - not rude like the one in Haart

GoogleWe found Tarek to be carrying a very high customer centric attitude and to be very cooperative. Tarek, unlike other property agents, not only gave us enough time to view the house for the first time, but also when we asked for a second and a third viewing of the house, he was very welcoming and flexible to arrange for the same and take us around the house, answering our queries to our satisfaction. We are first time buyers and we are very pleased to mention that we have bought the house through Tarek/ Haart, with Tarek coordinating and facilitating the entire process to our satisfaction. GoogleEveryone at the agency was very professional, helpful and responsive. We worked with Tarek Terfani on our purchase and were very pleased with him and the service he provided us. He’s got a great sense of humour and an easy going personality whilst being very professional and on point; and he doesn’t waste time. He talked us through every property that we saw including being upfront about any issues; and he has a great way of seeing the potential in any property. He kept us posted on properties, including new ones coming on the market that fit our criteria or could be of interest to us. He’s also ready negotiate between us and sellers to get reasonable prices between us. I’m eventually going to let and feel confident to leave the property I purchase with Haart to manage.

GoogleI have recently started working with Amanda Keogh as an approved supplier of EPC’s inventories, check out’s etc. Amanda is very effective in communicating, she is professional, knowledgeable, polite and quick to respond to any queries we may have. GoogleA very professional Letting Agency. They explained us everything very clearly and prompt. The thing we liked the most about Haart Sutton is the very friendly staff... Especially Sophie Horton was very kind and supportive. The whole renting process took us only 1 week and after 1 week we were ready to move in without any issues, thanks to her...! She explained us everything so well and dealt with all our requirements. The Paper work was also made easy to us. You can literally sit at home and do all the paperwork but still she kept offering her help.. Haart Sutton is Highly recommended

GoogleI am always skeptical about Estate agents and have been for a while, but our point of contact here Emlin was so upfront and really made it easy to keep our move in place. We were close to dropping out of the chain but he managed to keep communications lines open very well and got the sides to make it happen and all is good in the world. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI am currently looking for property in the Sutton area and have recently viewed a flat with Haarts. A very helpful lady called Marlie assisted me. I can't praise her too highly, she really went the extra mile. She made the effort to fit around my time schedule to get me into view the property and I noticed she carefully listened to my questions and ensured they were all answered. This contrasts with another national agent I recently used who I found to be very inept, not getting back to me when I left messages and also giving different answers to basic questions (eg length of lease, service charges etc) depending on who I spoke to. So in short I feel my experience with Marlie of Haart's Sutton was a pleasure and if I find a property via Haarts I would have confidence in them to proceed .

Sophie was there to put my concerns and worries to one side, and I was soon able to have a good working relationship with her and the various team members. There was initially a lot of information to absorb, but Sophie and James put my mind at ease with there professional guidance through the letting process. The whole team come across as very friendly, and I feel reassured and confidant that as a landlord I can relax knowing I'm in safe hands. GoogleI can't recommend Sophie Lowe and her team at Haart in Sutton enough. It has been a joy dealing with them as they under promise and over deliver each time I have used them. From taking on the property, they managed my expectations well, informed me of each viewing, gave me the feedback and ensured they got the right tenant for each property. Sophie Lowe was exceptional at customer service, always available to take my call even out of office hours and her team were just as helpful with nothing being too much trouble. I only wished they could deal with all our properties in other areas which they don't cover as well!!
