I am a current landlord of a property which is managed by Haart Lettings, Sutton, Surrey. I have used Haart Lettings to let my property for 17 years. I have continued to use Haart Lettings, Sutton, Surrey as in my opinion they have continued to always do an excellent job. I recently decided to sell my property currently let by Haart Lettings and immediately turned to Haart Sales in Sutton, Surrey. My first point of call at Haart Sales, Sutton, Surrey was Leon James in the sales department who immediately began the process of putting my flat on the market. Within hours Leon had viewing appointments made. Due to change in my circumstances I decided to take my flat off the market, again speaking to Leon James who could not have been more understanding. Therefore I received first class professional service when placing my property with Haart Sales to sell and again when withdrawing my property from the market. Very impressed with Amanda's incredible help and service! She went above and beyond to help me receive my important postal package that got mis delivered to the wrong door number. I am very happy indeed as she helped my 4 year old son receive his birthday gift finally! :) He is one happy boy Indeed! Thanks Amanda, your a 'star' an angel! :) These things count when helping someone and you were so efficient and I felt so happy that you went out of your way to make sure I would receive my post. I called up a few times before to try to get hold of my post as I had moved out of the rented property in a new one next door, it felt like the other colleagues at 'Haart' were taking forever to resolve my issue as I had to call up a few times, and I felt that no one could really help me as they didn't know or felt like they couldn't do much to help me get my post. For last 10 days we meet several agents in Sutton. Finally, we got in touch with Haart estate and lettings - Sutton. We regret that we should have contacted Haart long time before. Understanding our need and situation was very important. Mr. Thanzil Uddin from Haart was very quick to understand our requirement and promptly helped us in viewing several properties. While other letting agent just wasted lot of our time, asking for humungous list of document and several unacceptable terms and conditions such as 12 months rent in advance, guarantor requirement etc. In few properties our offer was rejected due to kids not allowed.
