Although the property I visited was really disappointing, I can't fault the service I received from Chris at Haart. He was absolutely fantastic to deal with and seems like a really hard worker. I want to thank Haart Estate and letting agents Sutton for getting me situated in Dec 2022, Jan 2023. Thanzil, my letting agent throughout the process, was a delight. He was friendly and warm throughout the viewing process. He was pretty flexible with times, as I wasn’t available when he initially suggested, yet he rearranged the times for me to view early. He explained the letting process clearly and supported me whenever I had any pain points. We communicated through the referencing process and even went beyond to get me on the zero-deposit scheme. This was my first time with letting out my apartment so I was super nervous initially. After meeting the team they constantly went above and beyond for me , sorting contractors , gas readings and being extremely easy to contact at all times. Literally taking all the stress out of relocating. Huge shout out to Chris such a great asset to the team and I would give 10 stars if possible . Chris managed to get my first viewing only 30 mins after it went online and that was the tenant who I have moving in ! Highly recommend going with haart. My husband booked a viewing with Haart Sutton to view a 2 bedrooms flat, Thanzil was the one who showed us the flat, after our viewing we weren't sure whether we were going to take the flat because it's all electric and not gas; driving back to our previous flat we kept thinking about how professional, calm, collective and friendly Thanzil was throughout the viewing. No so good experience while renting one flat via haart Sutton (High Street). The real estate agent Mr. Chris Faulkner was not so professional and left many loop holes in agreement and also while handing over the flat to me. He was also not very responsive while confronting his mistakes. I will never recommend this real estate agent for any future house related activities be it either renting or buying. My rating is poor.
