It was really appreciative how Tiffany Cooper our property manager from haart team ordered and organised a new washer and dryer to be installed as the old one wasn’t working anymore. The only delay was from the Landlord’s end as he had ordered a washing machine which didn’t fit in our kitchen space. This was really concerning as we have kids at home, however Tiffany ensured that she ordered the right one and our washer/dryer arrived on time and also booked the engineer at the same time to install the machine without any further delays as we had laundry piling up over the weeks. Tiffany was very prompt and kind enough and supported us throughout. Thankyou Tiffany and haart team for all the hardwork.

Was lied to at a property viewing about parking, was told I'd be able to park over the road safely and if not, that I could apply for a permit for the road outside. Which i also cannot do. On my second day at the property I have woken up to £200 worth of parking tickets and am now stuck with a 1 year contract for a property with no parking anywhere near! Despite viewing many other properties I could have gone for with parking included. Thanks Chris!

Really unhappy with the service from Haart. We moved in to our flat at the end of May. We have collectively reported many issues from the whole block. E.g washing machines not working, no hot water, the buzzer for the building broke. These are just a few examples. When we contact haart about these issues nothing seems to get sorted. There is a family in the building that have had no washing machine for more than a month and are having to pay to go to a laundrette. We feel completely neglected living here. Even after numerous emails being sent chasing up our problems nothing is still not being done. I wouldn’t recommend haart.

Viewed a flat through Haart in Sutton. Chris (Faulkner), who arranged and conducted the viewing, was excellent - very thorough and knowledgable, and also was kind enough to bear with me when I was a few minutes late at the end of what must have been a very long day of conducting viewings for him! Knocked a star off as I called once about the flat and spoke to someone else, was told by them that I'd receive a call back to arrange a viewing, but didn't get a call back and had to call up again myself to arrange the viewing with Chris. Things were handled well from that second call onwards though, so overall not too big a detriment.

We've had a very pleasant renting experience with Chris Faulkner at Haart, Sutton. Chris is very friendly, punctual, efficient and responsible. Once I've made an appointment for viewing, he sent me SMS to confirm and called to remind me to the viewing.
