GoogleI haven't rented a property in over 20 years, and I've found myself having to rent again. Things are a lot different to what it was and it's been absolutely stressful. That was until I came across Haart, who have been great. The member of staff, Thanzil, has been very pleasant to deal with. He's helped me every step of the way and explained everything properly. I'd like to thank him for his patience with me, as a lot of other agents don't give me the time of day as I'm elderly and obviously not familiar with all these new processes. I would recommend haart to everyone.

GooglePoor Letting and Property Management Experience I rented a flat in Sutton through Haart two months ago, and my experience so far has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Upon moving in, I discovered a severe leak in the bathroom, making it completely unusable for bathing, an especially difficult situation in the cold winter. Despite reporting the issue immediately, only two inspections have been conducted over the past months, and no actual repairs have started. This lack of urgency and responsibility is unacceptable. It’s frustrating and inconvenient for my family, as we’ve been left to manage without a functioning bathroom for near two months. I cannot recommend Haart Sutton to anyone looking for reliable letting or property management services. This experience has caused significant stress and discomfort, and I hope no one else has to face such negligence.

GoogleThis property management company repeatedly violated tenant rights. They entered the rental property without proper notice or tenant consent, and crucial balcony safety issues identified before tenancy were not disclosed. Before the tenancy began, no balcony keys were provided to us. The balcony inspection was arranged directly between the agency and a contractor, with no advance written notice. They contact you only on the day of the check, and responses are extremely slow and unhelpful. This shows a total lack of transparency and professionalism. Avoid renting from them if possible.

He found new tenants for my property within days and made the whole procedure of changing tenants trouble free.
