GoogleIt is a real challenge to secure a rental property from abroad without knowing someone who can view in person. Sophie Horton - helped and guided us though every step, her customer service is outstanding, she went over and beyond to help us and exceeded all expectations. The whole process of moving has been so smooth and she has kept us updated the whole way though. Would highly recommend Haart especially Sophie.

GoogleWe just completed on our first property puchase and had a great experience working with the Haart Sutton team. As the process can be very long winded we did have our frustrations. However Vini and Sukina were always available and willing to help. They worked closely with us especially towards the end to move things along and minimise delays. We have found Sukina and Vini to very helpful, friendly and responsive. Thank you both!!

GoogleI have had a leak somewhere in my bathroom for a while and it ruined my floor .. Lucy Pierce manage to sort out a company to come and take the whole bathroom out and replace it, they done a great job . Then lucy pierce came round checked the works done and looked at other problems I have and has gone away and getting them sorted for me more or less straight away.. im so happy with the service hearts and lucy have given me and she is always kind and polite and very helpful and will always get onto the problem I have straight away .. thankyou Lucy

GoogleThe agent Chris Faulkner is very helpful. Although I couldn't rent the flat with them in October 2023, he keeps calling me and give me latest market update regularly. I hope I will rent or buy a home from them later.

GoogleMe and my partner, had a lovely experience with Chris. He was truly amazing going above and beyond for all of our needs. He went and searched and searched until he found the perfect place for us. He listened to everything that we wanted and he tried his best to find the place to suit those needs, whenever we called he answered whenever we text he replied he truly went and took His job role home with him every night to suit our priority. I have personally recommended him to several of our friends who are looking to move with dogs and hearing how he has treated us they all want to.
