GoogleI'm highly suspicious of all the recent 5* reviews for this letting agency. I initially rented out a property with them in 2017 - at which point I would have rated them 4*, for being sloppy at delivering what they promised but fast to take payments. From Nov-23, the check out with my tenant was poorly managed. Email responses to my requests were not responded to. Phone calls to the branch were often diverted to other branches and never responded to. On the very rare occasions that a Sutton staff member answered the phone, the account manager for my property had always, "just stepped away, and would be back in 10 minutes". Money due to me was returned after 6 weeks after the agent had finally made the instruction to their finance department to do so. Money due to my former tenant is still outstanding.

When they came for valuation, they explained all the product options and was flexible with multi agency options too.
