GoogleI think one of the worst estate agencies to come across. Called and emailed them several times for a property but no response and after few weeks the 'let agreed' thing got displayed. In one case, they invited 3 people from different household at the same time to view a property and this was during peak COVID times. Even after that there was no response whether the property is still available or not. Not sure where the professionalism is from these people. You take time off from work for this and they dont really care.

GoogleI walk-in to the shop and met the sales representative Arslan. His warm welcome and comprehensive letting interview could help me understand my needs. Believe he could help to bring good flat candidates to rent. Thanzil gave professional service as the letting agent, he communicated well with the landlord and the contract could be signed on time and we could move to our new home asap.
