GoogleHad very good help from Arran at Haart. My mother had problems with her water and gas in the house after a street blackout, in which the utility company took over a week to come out leaving my mother with no Hot Water and Heating. Once the appointment came the driver said they arrived but nobody was in, it seems the driver didn't come or went to another address. This caused us to have to wait another whole week for a call out. Calling Arran at Haart helped us straight away and very quickly and got us an Engineer in the meatime till the utility company finally comes over. We can't thank him enough for his help.
