We were moving into a new area and he went out of his way to explain all the steps to make the move smooth which was greatly appreciated at that stressful time, especially as we had been let down by other agents. GoogleI went into this letting company yesterday. One of your agent, Thanzil Uddin help me to register and find properties. He find 2 properties immediately and arrange visiting on the same day. Finally, I decide to rent the 2nd property. When I fill in the letting form in system, I have some difficulty in answering some questions. He explained those questions and helped me to solve them. He works professionally and efficiently. I am appreciate on his work.

GoogleExtremely unprofessional and poor service given by Thanzil and Chris. Failed to give an update on a rental property, arrange a viewing and even get a call back! A whole week went by and no update, the result of it all was I missed out on an apartment I was very interested in. Will not bother with this branch again!
