At the viewing he was very friendly, approachable and helpful which made the experience enjoyable and smooth. GoogleFantastic service by the Haart Sutton branch. After my enquiry to get general information (which was produced and sent to me within 2 hours), I was contacted to follow up. 2 days later I made up my mind and decided to change and use Haart. They liaised with the current tenant directly (after my approval) and arranged visits the next day - on the Saturday. The Monday morning Haart phoned me with a firm offer which was accepted. They then started their processes and verified the tenants and the information. Friday morning I received a message that everything was confirmed and finalised. Contracts for signing was distributed a little later. All in all, from being appointed as agent, to having contracts to sign after all verifications, took a total of 8 days. And all the way I was kept informed of progress. Fantastic service - high quality, effective and very friendly. And what was said and promised, was delivered. Almost to good to be true. Similar experience with the Guildford branch of Haart with a different property - must be running in the Haart family? Excellent job, well done.

GoogleWe had to do all the chasing for a property we wanted to rent, despite providing all the references etc, the Sutton office colleagues where never forthcoming in giving us the correct information, really disappointed.
