GoogleThroughout the Long Process of finding a property to rent, i found Chris Faulkner from Sutton Branch to be the most honest and hardworking agent i had dealt with, he always had time to listen to my issues and was best at negotiating for finding a middle ground between the Landlord and Tenant, Would definitely recommend Haart Sutton and specially Chris.

GoogleMe and my partner had never rented before or knew anything about the renting process. We was talked through the whole process by Duquarne who really helped us understand the major details of renting. I would strongly advise anyone who has limited knowledge on renting to contact this branch as all members of their workforce were very helpful and gave very sound advice. Glad to say that me and my partner are now renting a property sufficient to our requirements.

GoogleWhat a terrible experience. During the sale of our house there were 3 people that left. No one new what was going on in the office and we had to continuously chase and push things along. Not to mention after all of it all our post was taken to the office to only be thrown away and not disclosed of properly, leaving us with chasing utility companies to settle bills etc.. I definitely do NOT recommend the Haart Sutton branch at all...very unprofessional from management to staff...

GoogleI must say I'm very impressed with Haart lettings. The staff there work extremely hard and fast, and made sure they found the best tenants possible for my property, and so quickly as well! Hats off to Thanzil who displayed great qualities, screened the tenants very well and I'm ecstatic about the tenants he's found for me. Great job guys, keep it up. When my other properties become available, I know where to go.
