Worst organised letting company. I have several properties that I use letting agents to manage. By far, Gascoigne-Pees are the worst. They charge for everything despite me paying for full managed property they make additional charges for anything they do. They consistently fail to do anything that they say they will do. Their different departments don't communicate with each other. They give letting/estate agents a bad name.

Their warmth, kindness and professionalism have been the best we have encountered whilst securing a new home for our family. They have met our requirements and have gone over and above making the while process incredibly stress free. GoogleFrom the moment I contacted Gascoigne Pees to the time I had my offer at the asking price they were Helpful, Professional and efficient. They suggested an open day would be the most effective process for my personal situation. Nigel came to the property initially and explained the whole process. Jessica helped with the paperwork and kept me up to date through the process on every detail and Emma conducted the many viewings. The whole process from information gathering to getting a validated offer was approximately Two weeks. I would definitely recommend Gascoigne Pees to anyone looking for peace of mind and Results.

GoogleI have to echo a number of previous reviews related to Steph. She really is, in my opinion, the best agent I've come across recently of all the agents I've met and contacted over the last couple of months. Very warm, welcoming person. We've been on the house hunt for a while and although we came very close to securing a potential property which didn't work out at the end, nevertheless, I had to commend Steph for her professionalism and positive attitude. I do hope we cross paths in the future.

Really appreciated they kept us in the loop at all times and being able to rely on Mann to find and coordinate a smooth change of tenants for us, especially when covid restrictions prevented us being there. Also the fact they obliged at the last minute to a request to go to our house to receive the delivery of an appliance... exceeding expectations. I then contacted Stephanie to arrange to view a property, she was extremely professional and friendly, and on meeting her she has such a lovely warm manner and is very knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout each stage of letting a new home. An absolute asset to Gascoigne-Pees. Highly recommend this agent

I am extremely disappointed with this agency’s lack of transparency and professionalism. They made adjustments quietly, leaving me to discover the increase on my own. This kind of practice feels untrustworthy. I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Deposit: I rented an apartment for over 1.5 years (small studio flat), I got it dirty, including the tools left in it, the walls were unpainted, full of dust and paint smeared on door frames, doors, etc. I gave away the apartment, which was very clean and practically ready for rent. For this, my deposit was charged with enormous amounts that are far from reality. The cost of painting was £600, cleaning £180 etc. for a studio flat which was beautifully cleaned. Even on the report they could not distinguish the pink cube in the water in the toilet that cleans from the scale in the water from the scale in the water. I consider it extortion and fraud. Unprofessional team and lack of trust in this company including the deposit management company.

This company are very disappointing to deal with. They are extremely difficult to get hold of and when you do finally get a response that response is brief and lacks the professional knowledge you would hope for when spending large amounts of money through them.
