GoogleExtremely disappointed with their deposits division. I will give them a zero star if I could. We checked out of a property and have not received our deposit back. It took a lot of emails and reminders to their deposits team to even receive a reply. No progress at all, same reply after many emails. Highly unprofessional.

GoogleReally pleased and chuffed with cheveli from this branch. She tried every so hard for us and in all honesty she is the best estate agent I’ve come in contact with. Always have prompt replies, correct information and was always polite. I’ve recommended my neighbour sells her property with you as I’m sure you will do her the same justice you did for us. Thank you for your hard work and pushing the perticulars. I will most definitely use Mann again.

Extremely unprofessional estate agency - south west London area. I literally felt harassed on the telephone to provide my email and phone number when I was only enquiring about a property, not even trying to view it. It was a man on the other end and he made me feel very uneasy. I will not be looking at properties with them ever since they would have my home address too. It's an appalling industry.

GoogleBy far the most professional estate agents in Sutton. I did a day of viewings and met with most of the estate agents in the area and Mann came out on top by leaps and bounds. They came prepared and had all the answers to the questions I had to hand (whereas other estate agents either sent their "saturday girl" who knew nothing about the properties or came unprepared and didnt really take my buying as seriously). The buying process continued to impress me. Highly recommend.

GoogleThe team at Mann took thorough care of us and our move. Our search for a property involved speaking to many other estate agents and we found them to be slimy, arrogant and in some cases downright rude and nasty. The team at many were the polar opposite. Warm, friendly, genuinely nice decent people that were so professional for every step. They kept us well informed and helped us through some of the more challenging times. I couldn't recommend any other branch more highly than these guys they're wonderful.

Trustpilotappalling and disgusting treatment for our property
We have a listing with this company who has been professional and friendly up to the point of customer visits to our property.We have a carpeted flat and both the agent and the customer did not remove their shoes when showing the flat. What makes me furious was that on the day of the visit it was raining and muddy and yet there was NO consideration shown in removing shoes to access the property.We complained to the branch manager Michael White who apologised and I've just had a 2nd visit from another customer and again NO SHOES removed on access and guess what's going on outside right now.Storm Ciaran.So if my property was going to receive 20 visits, what condition are my carpets going to be in after?Absolutely disgusting and appalling service, it is common courtesy to be considerate of another family's home and yet none was shown and not only that, after having already complained once already you neglect to follow up on it.Undecided yet what to do as I was unable to reach the branch manager.

GoogleDO NOT USE TO SELL YOUR HOUSE. It is agents like these that give the professions such a bad name. They do not live up to their promises, will stop at nothing to get and keep your property. Even when I cancelled my contract (14 day cooling off period) they harassed me with a visit (with flowers!) calls, and texts to try to get some viewings. And would not take my property of the internet or return my keys. Their fees are exhorbitant, but v negotiable!

Warning! Fraud! Avoid buying uniforms from this company - at all costs. The company would not refund me - for a product that they never confirmed was ordered, but for which I was charged (I tried to check out, and apparently it worked, although no confirmation was issued). I had to follow up three times asking for a refund, as they did not send the items. Only after I threatened to file a complaint did they take action.The customer service agent, Sarah, made up many stories - about the order being confirmed, about refunding me in 7-10 days, etc. She never apologized. Instead, she responded with excuse after excuse. I'm confident they will make up some stories in response to my complaint. ;) Can't wait to see what she says next! Another excuse!

Disappointing. Tried contacting the agents a number of times (on different days) about viewing a particular property, as a keen buyer. No call back or reply to emails. Very poor service and a waste of time for people that genuinely just want to find somewhere to live.
