GoogleLouis Joseph, is a very helpful guy. He always tries his best to help. One day my viewing was booked for afternoon but some reason I was going Wallington area in the morning and I can't wait until afternoon. So I called him and requested to view property in the morning. He was very busy in the morning but he tried his best and managed. When we are at property site, unfortunately he was given wrong key by vendor. That was not good, I was hopeless and thought I will have to come again next weekend but he understood our problem and he tries all possible options and finally managed to get right keys. It took around 30-35 minutes. Thanks Louis again :)

GoogleI first contacted Cubit and West to arrange a viewing on a property I liked. I spoke to Sam and after our conversation I decided to use C&W to sell my property. Sam didn’t give me the hard sale, which I liked. He was able to find something we had in common and I genuinely felt liked I’d know him for a while. Sam has a really nice demeanour and isn’t at all arrogant, which in my option can often be the case in this industry. Sam is honest with me and has kept in touch with regular updates on my sale. He has made a stressful process easier and I have enjoyed dealing with him. Sam is the reason I chose C&W. Thank you for all your help Sam.

Id recommend Cubitt and West for anyone wanting to sell their home. The whole team went above and beyond to make the experience as stress free and as positive as possible for my elderly mum. They couldn't of done more to support her and even going beyond their job description to help her organise and fill in paperwork. Truly a 5* service where kindness wasnt just because they were being paid. Honestly wonderful human beings.
